Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday targeted the Congress party's manifesto during an election meeting in Arunachal Pradesh and said that the Congress manifesto should be called a defamatory letter. The Prime Minister said that like the Congress party, their manifesto is too corrupt, dishonest, deceitful, so it should not be called a manifesto but a letter of deceit should be mentioned.
